Cloud Error - "Check Your SIM Card" (I cannot access my cloud for more than one second)

Hello,

My phone is no longer backing up my photos and I cannot access my photos on my cloud. It prompts me to sign in. I sign in successfully, it shows my cloud home screen for about one second, then cuts to an error screen saying "Check Your SIM Card - We're having trouble identifying your phone. Turn off yourr phone and make sure your SIM is properly installed. Then try again."

My phone works for everything else, I have zero connectivity issues otherwise, but it keeps kicking me out of my cloud. I have updated my phone, reinstalled the SIM card, and checked for updates on the verizon apps. I have force stopped the apps, restarted my phone, changed my password, but to no avail.

What is going on? I need to access my photos for work.

Thanks

RESOLVED: I had to force stop the cloud app and delete all storage/cache. It no longer kicks me out of the cloud suite once I am logged in. I suspect there was a permissions glitch after an update. Thank you Erica!

On a mobile device the silent login is done by verifying your Verizon SIM card, the phone number assigned to it, and the Cloud subscription. It appears that your card may be either corrupted or improperly registered in the VZ system for secondary feature billing. You should make use of one of our Verizon Store locations and have this checked one-to-one.
In the mean time, other means to access Verizon Cloud (Tablets, Desktop Browsers, Desktop App) only require your My Verizon access info as there is no SIM card to check (2-Factor Authentication may come into play if set up). That will give you your photo access while you address the hardware issue of SIM card in your device. Whatever it is, the Data Security in the VZ network and/or our App (which can also save sensitive data) sees potential risk and is blocking.
