I keep getting texts that say my Verizon cloud account will be closed if I don't upgrade. There is nothing else in the text, no names, nothing. Is this spam or phishing or? The money for the cloud is automatically taken out every month. HELP PLEASE?

While I’d like to help you with this, I can not, VZ Cloud support can not make any changes or updates to a Wireless account, or Billing Services, or your device related issues, etc
I'm sorry to hear you are having problems getting texts. Have you checked your My Verizon app? Do you have any messages there? What number is the text coming from? -Joe
