Desktop app Verizon Cloud not responding

I am unable to login to the App on my Windows desktop.
I get the image below, but when I click anywhere except the three dots it does not respond. It shows 'Update' and 'Quit'.
I tried Update -- I am all up to date.
I tried Quit -- it closes.
I am able to log in through my browser

has any fix been released, I called in and had a ticket created and they said they would call me back and nothing. I called again and they could not help me.
