I am going to change cell providers and want to know (1) how can I download and xfer about 10,000 pics from my Verizon Cloud

Can I keep Verizon cloud and satill switch to a new carrier...and how?

I would get all your stuff off the Verizon Cloud account before porting out, because Verizon revokes account access immediately upon porting out.
