General note on App functionality: Most background functions of the Cloud App service will suspend when the device battery is <20%, and all background actions (auto-save being the main one) stops at 15% battery.
Verizon has a 10GB file, and 50GB daily restriction. ISPs may impose their own limitations. if the user sees a message that the Verizon Cloud desktop app during a backup/sync is limiting the daily content.

Video Formats
DV, Flash Screen Video, FLV, H.261, H.263 (+), MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, RealVideo 1.0, RealVideo 2.0, RealVideo 4.0, WMV7, WMV8
Photo Formats
JPG, JPEG, BMP, GIF, PNG, TIFF, HEIC
Document Formats

Audio is only available on Android devices not iOS devices.
This is due to restrictions from iOS/Apple to encourage iOS users to use iTunes and other service from iOS.
Additionally Android devices require a 3rd party player, that plays from the device.
