Information for Cloud For Life

1. There is no “grace period to view or engage with your content” or “30-day temporary access” for content after porting out - once the MDN is disconnected in VISION all access to Cloud data ceases immediately until resubscription.

2. Your content will be held (archived) by Verizon for 30 days, giving the you an opportunity to resubscribe or return to Verizon Wireless

3. Verizon’s Cloud for Life account is created at https://CLOUDFORLIFE.verizon.com with the Verizon Cloud Profile credentials (ideally created prior to leaving VZW), NOT their MyVerizon credentials. The Cloud for Life account needs to be created within 30 days after porting out. After the account is created the content can be accessed at https://MYCLOUD.verizon.com.

4. The Verizon Cloud profile should be created in the Cloud App prior to porting out, and is a combo of Email Address, User Name, and Password that the former customer can use to register at the Cloud for Life web portal and resubscribe to the service, getting their specific content restored to that account. Creating the cloud profile from the mobile app flow while they are still customers automatically links the cloud profile to the cloud account.

5. If the you did not complete the Cloud Profile, or can’t remember those credentials, then they need to reach out to [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service] for assistance. The Cloud For Life web portal also has a UserID/Password Recovery link.

6. All billing for Cloud For Life is done through the https://CLOUDFORLIFE.verizon.com web portal and will not appear on the former Verizon Wireless account page.
