Not sure where else to ask for help since it seems the AI customer service is incapable of hearing me or connecting me to someone who can help. I also tried scheduling a call, but the customer service rep could not hear me (like the AI customer service).
I was unaware that my phone had been saving images and files to my cloud without first providing a prompt. I now have around 100GB of images, videos, and files store on the cloud I want to download to my computer and then delete from my cloud storage. I have tried using both the online portal and desktop app, and neither seem to be able to initiate a download.
I need to download these files and end my cloud storage -- please help.
