I had to cancel my debit card last month due to fraud, and I failed to update my Verizon Cloud for Life payment method for my new card number. Unfortunately, I also missed the emails notifying me of the payment problem until after they suspended the account. Now I'm unable to access the account to make the update and I'm at risk of losing all my Cloud content. I've emailed, called and visited the Verizon store with absolutely no resolve. They do email me back, however, the instructions they provide to help resolve the issue (404 page not found), don't work. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to help?
