Update payment method on a suspended Verizon Cloud for Life account

I had to cancel my debit card last month due to fraud, and I failed to update my Verizon Cloud for Life payment method for my new card number.  Unfortunately, I also missed the emails notifying me of the payment problem until after they suspended the account.  Now I'm unable to access the account to make the update and I'm at risk of losing all my Cloud content.  I've emailed, called and visited the Verizon store with absolutely no resolve.  They do email me back, however, the instructions they provide to help resolve the issue (404 page not found), don't work.   Does anyone have any suggestions on how to help?

We're so sorry to hear there was fraud on your credit card and don't want you to lose any important content through your Verizon Cloud account, jotsie. We are here to help in any way we can. Just to confirm, do you have active Verizon service? Has it been more than 30 days since the Verizon Cloud account was suspended? Have you emailed back advising of the error you are receiving?
