So they switched me to the plus plan and I lost my 600 free storage so I enrolled in the Cloud that would cost e 5.99 a month for a month and a half everything was fine then one day all my 13 years of pictures doc are gone Noone can tell me why Noone can help me get them back ive spendt more time on the phone with them then my job. I cant every get the same answer that's only on issues. Im constantly being lied to. I've been with yall 17 years and never in my life have a felt like they just dont care. I don't want compensation I n I want my memories but get transferred amd transferred told to wait till they get back dont hear back by now I guess I just need to accept alll my 14 years and only pictures I have of my kids are gone. So much for caring about a loyal customer. If I didnt have 6 lines with 4 on device paym et plans and locked it I would go any where else but here
