Verizon Cloud Making Multiple Folders in Quick Access

Verizon Cloud is flooding the "Quick Access" area of my PC's File Explorer with (currently) 14 instances in the sidebar. I found another question on the forum about this where the answer was, "This is a known problem that will be solved in the next update in April." It's May now and there has been no update. Can you tell me when the next update is coming to fix this issue? Or if not, is there any way to fix this manually myself?

I have confirmed that Desktop App version 25.5.0.6 was released last night 05-15-2025 which should resolve the multiple instances (folders) seen on some desktops utilizing the VZ Cloud desktop application

We can take a look at the situation regarding this Verizon Cloud issue. Does Verizon cloud run at start up? When was the PC last restarted? ~Peter

Yes, Verizon Cloud launches at star up. The PC was last restarted about ten minutes before I took that screenshot, I usually turn it off every night before bed.

For this desktop app issue, the fix is planned for the 5/15 release. It was pushed back due to other features in the release still pending
