Per title, Verizon Cloud is not playing audio files. I can open app and navigate in it no problem, including seeing my music file / playlists. But if I try to play a song, any song, it just hangs. Song length shows "0:00" like it never actually accesses the file. Issue started yesterday, intermittently at first. I thought it was a wireless signal issue, but I am at full bars and have full internet connectivity otherwise. Uploading & downloading picture with the app A-OK.
I'm on a Galaxy S20 FE. I have restarted the phone, uninstalled, reinstalled, and updated the app. Music files play A-OK through the web interface on my laptop. Account is current. Airplane mode is not on.

I'm not good at explaining this, but it has something to do with the files being in the cloud...your phone can't find the music files there because it's not on your phone or streaming from a website.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
