Verizon cloud

I continue to have problems with Verizon cloud.  My files won't upload automatically. 5 Agents just today don't know  why. This is a ongoing issue, Verizon just want fix it. They don't reply to emails, i have to chat. I spent over 3 hours just today!

Thanks for your help.  The app email address don't work. I guess I'll look for another app.

Nobody replies to dm"s. I was told Verizon no longer offers support by dm.  5 Agents can't fix the issue, over 4 hours on chat today  including 3 Supervisors.

Ive chatted with 13 Agents,  none could fix my cloud issue. Not only do my files not upload automatically the number of files waiting to upload changes. I don't have any new files to upload. Verizon Cloud email is not replying. How do I get support?

2 more hours with tier 2 support,  nothing changed. The files were uploaded manually,  then I see i have more that were not uploaded manually. Verizon doesn't have a clue what to do.  I can't get support from Verizon Cloud by email. What do I do?

Looking back on  this issue,  it started in 2023! Verizon doesn't have a fix.

How do I get support? If Tier 2 can't help,  it's a 2 year old issue, what is the solution? 14 Agents is a bit much. Right? How many Agents is required to fix this?

I wish I could give you some answers, but the only thing I can tell you is CS is outsourced, which is why you've been speaking to so many people who haven't been that helpful.  They can't get into much of anything directly associated with Verizon other than accessing your general account details.  If the cloud support email isn't working - there are some Verizon employees who monitor that, but I suspect they're extremely overwhelmed? - the only suggestion I can provide is to use a different cloud service.

If I come across the thread where I saw a good post from a Verizon employee with suggestions on how to get stuff uploaded better, will link it here.

I found a email from Cloud support from January 2024. The issue is already over a year old!
