My desktop messaging just went blank
chrome/edge/firefox on win 11
Use it every day. Just died today.
Oh well, verizon consistently provides a source of annoyance
I'm having the same issue
Fortunately my phone is Ok. It is the desktop app that is not working
Using verizon text from a desktop- this is the error message when sending a text out. Also, no historical numbers or messages are showing up now. This seems to be a problem today for others.
It says, this device is not provisoned. Messages will not be fixed.
Text online stopped working around noon yesterday and still isn't. Even customer service couldnt seem to fix the issue. I've rebooted my phone, tried different devices and browsers and still nothing. Help!

Others reporting this issue on another thread, including me.

Did you submit feedback on the website identifying the issue?
Same problem here.
I'm having the same problem yesterday and today. I logged out of my Verizon account and logged back in. I restarted my phone, I restarted my computer...nothing worked. Does anyone have any idea of how to resolve this???

Ditto, same issue. Use this for work, so not a good thing...
This is REALLY getting annoying. Down for 24 hours now. You would think that a multibillion dollar company in the business of text messaging would be able to figure out how to do a simple desktop app
I've had the same issue yesterday and today with the "Device not provisioned" error message. I use texting online for work in a fast-paced office. I really hope Verizon fixes this issue asap!
Here is the inspect from chrome. The problem is almost certainly on Verizon's end. This is different than the issue others are having in this thread with "Device not provisioned". However, I think the two could be related.
It seems to be trying to load conversations and not completing that process. Very impressive Verizon - NOT.
My desktop messaging started working again. I was on a chat with a verizon rep. Not sure if that is what fixed it or not.
I removed SIM card and reinserted and this fixed the problem
It seems to be working now.
We defintiely want to make sure that you're able to use Verizon Messages, t_henderson. Please tell us, what device are you using when attempting to launch Verizon Messages? Do you experience the same trouble when using the desktop app as opposed to the site?
