I have been dealing with a fraud issue since the beginning of the month. The account has been closes yet in was told i would be reimbursed for the police report as that was a coat supposed to be covered by Vewrizon. The claim was made on 1/4/25, and the online claim was submitted on 1/18/25. i called several time and keep gettingh passed to different department s and told different things. No one who to refer to me or who i should talk to. I have called represtedly and get no where only told that i am not resposible for charges. I want to be contacted at my number [edited for privacy]
