As a 20 year customer, both home and mobile, I am thinking of leaving. I had insurance, Verizon sent me a damaged replacement phone from Assurion and I called. I was sent one that wasn't damaged and got charged. Despite more than three hours on the phone being transferred from agent to agent, no one could help me. I have been disconnected at least five times. At his point, I suppose I'll have to do what Verizon intended: pay for a phone that would have been free. What a tremendously negative experience.
