Bankruptcy Surrender

I am beyond sick of dealing with this company. The phones are crazy, the service isn't great and the customer service is absolutely horrible. I filed bankruptcy in November. Received an email from Verizon saying I could surrender my phones and contract with my bankruptcy. Call the number and speak to the bankruptcy department who then says I need to talk to customer care. Customer care then says they can't do anything to help me and sends me to financial services. They only do payments so they send me to accounts specialist. Account specialists say I need to talk to the bankruptcy department and they are gone for the day. Well I have already been on the phone for over an hour as it is. None of them know what is going on or what they are doing. I'm already on my 4th replacement phone because they keep sending bad ones. I just want to be done with Verizon completely. I have never been so frustrated.

I'm going through the same disaster. And Verizon customer service is a joke . I would rather have teeth ripped out of my face and call them but whenever you do call exactly they send you to another department the other department sends you to another department that department and then you just keep going in circles nobody can give you an answer and it's insane but that is Verizon. I've been with them for very long time. they used to actually be decent The customer service was good at one time and then they just started going down hill and it's just now they just don't care it's like a circus every time you call you already know you're just going to get the runaround or some lady sitting there eating potato chips in your ear while you're trying to talk about a serious question. I filed bankruptcy and Verizon Wireless acts like they're above that. Edit. They wouldn't post this at first because I used a word that's not even a cuss word but it's something for Verizon to whine about
