@I've been w/ Verizon Wireless for many years w/ 7 devices on my account and got treated beyond poorly w/ the customer service center. I'm minutes away from calling the customer service center back to cancel all devices & switch to a different carrier. Can anyone help me get this information?
That's for the landline business Verizon not the wireless business aka Verizon Wireless.

I'm not able to find a phone number, but I wouldn't imagine they would take you as seriously as receiving a well-written, formal letter.
