Yesterday I took my phone in to a vzw store and got it looked at since it stopped working. Was told that under the insurance my account has that it would be replaced.
The problem is that the address it is shipping to is not my address. Is there any way to change it?
When at the store, I watched the rep type in my address correctly. Upon receiving the shipping confirmation email, I noted that the address is incorrect and the FedEx tracking # shows that the address in the email is the one it is being shipped to, not my address.
