List of Verizon * numbers to activate options?

Is there a list of all the * numbers you can call to activate various features/options on your phone?

For example, I came across this when I was perusing features on my account:

Caller ID Blocking
Block your number from displaying to others when you call. Dial *82 + area code and phone number + SEND to display your number on a per-call basis.

And I had accidentally activated call forwarding because I was calling my old AT&T numbers that had come over when my contacts got transfered to make sure they weren't Verizon numbers. They all began with a * and one of them activated call forwarding and I was unable to receive any calls!

So there must be a list somewhere but I haven't been able to find it.

Does anyone know where this list is?

That is a great question. I did some research on the star codes but there is not a comprehensive list out there. I will pass this on to get a list created and given to our customers. If someone from the community has created one I encourage them post it in response to your question. I hope this helps. Thanks.
