I need to disconnect a phone that is no longer in use. Person using it is deceased and I dont want to use it myself. I have a phone (flip fone) on the same account and would like to keep it. Should I call customer service to get a phone turned off? I really would rather click something on line to disconnect it. I dont see anything on verizon site. and also what is customer service # or email address..Thx
