I have had verizon service for four years or so.....have had the same number and voicemail set up since beginning service. For some reason, both my and my husband's voicemails have gone back to their default state. What the hell?! I have lost all saved voicemails and no one has been able to leave a message. I finally had to set it up again. WHAT HAPPENED?!
