Why does Verizon headquarters overrule agreements made with agents

Have been having trouble getting a bill straightened out for 7 months. Had four separate people tell me four different issues. When we have them straight someone else overruled them. However, i was never notified. The latest took 2 hours and 3 people up the chain of command. I thought the issue was solved but again someone at Verizon overruled it with no notification. Poor business model. It is good Verizon is so big it doesn't have to care about business!!!!!!!

Yes my wife and I have been fighting this fight for 7 months. If you check

it out in our account you will see the several things. 1st u said it was

because we bought phone out right and that it would be taken care of. Next

was Best Buy did transaction in wrong order. Add line before buy phones.

Again taken care of. Then Best Buy and Verizon let us have a deal we did

not qualify for. Again taken care of. Problem is each time you said it

was fixed it wasn't and we were never notified. Also none of the mentioned

things are our fault. We went to store asked if we qualify told yes.

Other things mentioned not our fault either. We have spent over 20 hours

on phone or in chats with u. Everytime your agents are super helpful. We

think it's fixed. Then bill comes and someone further up the chain

overrules them. With no communication. 7Months!!!!!!!!!!!!
