Have been having trouble getting a bill straightened out for 7 months. Had four separate people tell me four different issues. When we have them straight someone else overruled them. However, i was never notified. The latest took 2 hours and 3 people up the chain of command. I thought the issue was solved but again someone at Verizon overruled it with no notification. Poor business model. It is good Verizon is so big it doesn't have to care about business!!!!!!!
