A couple of weeks ago I started now being able to access four of my six email accounts via Verizon web mail. i get the login name or password incorrect error. I am able to access these account via Thunderbird would like have access to them by the web. I have sent numerous messages to forum, Verizon Help etc, with very little action. There seems to be several people out there with the same problem. Come on Verizon give us some help!
I have tried resetting my password several time, I had a Verizon Chat Tech try with no luck. Was told they were having problems with the web site. Still not fixed!!

I have also been having this problem for over a week. Every now and then I can send/receive email through one or more accounts (main account and sub accounts), sometimes one or the other, sometimes both, but most of the time neither work. I get the same "password rejected" message. Passwords are correct, and no settings were changed to cause the issue. I did speak with a tech on the phone last week, he verified all my settings were right but still couldn't figure out what the problem was. This isn't the first time this has happened, and I am sure the problem is on Verizon's or Yahoo's end. I have the same problem on three different computers (PCs), and it happens using both Outlook Express and Windows Live Mail. Interestingly, the problem doesn't happen when using my iPhone and iPad....
I would REALLY appreciate it if someone would figur this out and fix it...permanently.
