Email Error Message

I am getting an email error message cannot access email error 3002? I cannot 

retrieve or access my email from my phone or my desktop it is a verizon email 

address any ideas?

anyone else hving a problem accessing email today? I need a specific email sent to me and this is frustrating. When i try to open email it says an error has occured, try back later. Well i have tried back later since 8 am. Some people depend on email for work. This is very inconvenient.

I've not been allowed into my verizon.net  email since I first tried it at 6:30 a.m. this morning 2/24/17.  The error message says Sorry, try again later and error message 2003.  You'd think at $112 a month they'd at least tell us what is really going.  Very Considerate. By the way, I'm not having any trouble getting into the rest of My Verizon account from Chrome.  But the powers that be do have my phone numbers (of course) and my yahoo email address.  I plan start calling them if email is still not working by 6:30 a.m. tomorrow.  That seems fair to me.  Hey, Verizon how about a credit to my account for being without email access for several hours.  Can't wait for your acquisition with yahoo, then I can be without two email accounts.  Have a nice day.

Same here. It came back for a short time this afternoon but is now unavailable with same error message. Why is it when we have no service we still have to pay for it. This happens often enough for it to be very annoying!

I am having trouble accessing my verizon.com Email addresses using my home's FiOS service and by using my Verizon Wireless smartphone. My brother told me that there is some sort of outage affecting the northeast part of the country, but, I can't find any specific information.
