I'm in an area that was sold to Frontier, but my emails accounts have not been migrated. My email passwords has apparently been reset. I cannot find a way to reset the password. The system tells me to call customer service, but none of the contact numbers for Verizon work for customers in Frontier area.
How can I get my password reset? Alternatively, how can I contact a real person at Verizon? The automated call system refers any calls from our area to Frontier and disconnects, but my email is still through Verizon.net.
Any assistance would be welcome.
