Recovery of sub accounts and their webmail... mission impossible?

I would genuinely appreciate any assistance with this and have no where else to turn to after phone support proved a total failure. No one was competent enough to resolve this for me as if it's a riddle with no possible answer or math equation of astronomical difficulty. Let's try this again, online this time... I'm trying very hard to recover my old sub accounts...

I have 1 sub account that I can't get into on the verizon site because I can't remember the password or secret question. When I try to recover it with a temporary pin code using my phone number, it proceeds to recover my primary account instead of this sub account, which is not what I need done.

Then, I have another 2 sub accounts that i CAN get into but the webmail can't be accessed no matter what I do.

One of them gives me a "Sorry, your account is suspended. Please consult Tech Support." when I try to sign into email.

The other I'm able to sign into and it takes me to the Verizon Yahoo page, but when I click on the mail link, it tells me to "upgrade to the newest Verizon Yahoo Mail" and when I click "Let's Go" it fails to upgrade me, leaving me stuck on a page where no links work. There is just "Trouble signing in to Verizon Yahoo Mail?" (gives a few options, none of which work), so when I click "Continue to Verizon Yahoo Mail..." below, it doesn't do anything. There is clearly some kind of glitch with this 2nd account that prevents me from accessing the mail there.

So what I have here are 3 sub accounts that are important for me to recover to try to find the information I know is in one of them. Please advise me what to do, I'm at my wit's end trying to get at least one of them to work.

Thank you in advance.

Sorry you are having difficulty, an agent with access to your account will reach out to you directly by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account for more information to help you resolve your issue. Please remember to check your spam/junk folder if you do not hear from an agent.

Thank you ma'am. I will be waiting and checking my email and messages regularly. Somewhat skeptical that anything will be resolved, but I don't give up that easily, which is sometimes a blessing and sometimes a curse. We'll see what happens... I plan on keeping everyone in this community posted in case someone out there is having the same issues.

Hello I am having the same issue as this person did. I am trying to recover my sub account email not my primary account. I keep putting in temporary pin but all it does is recover the main account rather then the sub account. I don't understand why this does this as there is no way to fix it on your main account. How can I go about fixing this. I prefer to handle something like this via email.

Go here:

https://www.verizon.net/ssowebapp/alternateAuth/altChoice.jsp

That should allow you to reset the sub account by answering the Secret Question. Select password for what you forgot, put in the username of the sub account you want to reset, then answer the sub account's secret question correctly.

Keep in mind that NONE of the "forgot password" links on Verizon sites point to this page. There is no way to get to this particular flow other than going directly to https://www.verizon.net/ssowebapp/alternateAuth/altChoice.jsp
