Hi,
We have been unable to email verizon.net email address. We keep getting the following:
<** 571 Email from 209.126.18.26 is currently blocked by Verizon Online's anti-spam system. The email sender or Email Service Provider may visit http://www.verizon.net/whitelist and request removal of the block. 161113
The only information we get from that form is:
Your IP has been blocked because of spam issues or because your ISP indicates that it is dynamically assigned No Reverse Hostname associated with your IP address.
This IP address is not dynamic and is assigned as a static IP address to a server.
The PTR record is showing correctly with a TTL of 86400 which is necessary for static IP address:
26.18.126.209.in-addr.arpa. 86400 IN PTR therionmagnetics.com.
The A Record matches the IP address as well:
therionmagnetics.com. 43200 IN A 209.126.18.26
All attempts to retrieve information via whitelist@verizononline.net has failed with the same reply. Can someone please provide actual information on how Verizon is making the incorrect determination that the IP address is dynamically assigned? Or can someone provide an email address we can contact for more information regarding the issue?
Thanks!

Hi technex,
Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and scroll down the page to an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name located above your post, or at the top right of this page.
Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, you may subscribe to the case. At the top right of your support case there is a gear icon which provides a drop down menu with support case options. Click that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
