can't send email from my ipad

I can receive email but I can't send or reply to any it says my User name or password is not correct I've trued everything I cant send mail from my account

These settings and procedures have worked for me.
Please Post if they solve your prob.
Presently Running iOS 8.1 on iPad 2

Tried it didn't work I can send if I don't put a message as long as I write everything in the subject line it's fine but if I put anything in the message area it won't go

That implies something else is wrong. Probably on your iPad. Are you getting any messages?
