I returned two apple watches using two different return dates (August and October). I used verizon's website to return them. There were two different tracking numbers. UPS says they were received by Verizon in their Whiteland, Indiana warehouse. Verizon has no record of them showing up. I have been in chats and on phone calls with Verizon. I literally have spent hours. I have read other accounts of this same problem. I am wondering if anyone has found a way to resolve this problem.
