Apple Watch offer

I added new phones and I wanted to add two new Apple Watches because when I ordered the phones it said I can get $160 off each of the Apple Watches.
First representative confirmed the $160 off Apple Watch offer since I added 3 new phone lines. then they said it’s only $120 off. Then I got transferred to this rep. They said it’s $150 off. Then said I can one for $150 off and the other for $120 off, but then told me I can only do one for $150 off. I wanted the $160 off because that was the current offer when I ordered my new phones, I didn’t have time to order the watches that same day so I came back today to order them with that offer and no body was on the same page. I began chatting at 11:15pm and I’m writing this at 2:03am with no Apple Watches ordered, very disappointing. All I want is the two Apple Watches for $160 off each, that offer was available when I ordered my new phones and the first rep confirmed I was eligible.

I’m having the same problem with the Apple Watch I added to my account in January. I’ve been trying for over 2 hours to get my credit after being told 2 previous calls that the credit was being applied but never received. After 20+ years with Verizon, this is unacceptable customer service
