I have tried numerous times to create a Gizmo account and have deleted and reinstalled the Gizmo hub app so that I can have access to my son's Gizmo watch. I also spent 45 minutes talking to Verizon specialist and their only solution was maybe just give it time because the app is busy. I've been trying for 3 days. My daughter is having the same issue and cannot create an account. This should not be the case. Help! We didn't spend good money to not have an app work and I don't want to hear that the app isn't created by Verizon because the app is only for this watch which is only a Verizon product.
