I didnt even want this watch, but the salesmen convinced me it was F-R-E-E when I upgraded on a promotion for my I- Phone .
The first month I discovered I had to pay $15/mo for service and a small amount topay for the watch itself - Not FREE
Now I want to cancel this line and watch and they say I have to pay $100 to pay off the watch. NOT FREE.
I caleld Verizon and they said it was a store promotion and nohing they can do - I have to go argue with the store itself.
Then Verizon texted me and said I signed a contract. Yes I did. No I didnt read it, because I trusted a salesman that lied to me. So I am trying to see how I can fight this. I will cancel all 5 of my lines that I have had with Verizon for decades and go to Visible or something.

We're sorry to read about the situation with your watch and we want to take a look at your situation. Are you having issues with the watch? Are you receiving credit for the cost of the watch every month? ~Peter

My issue is what I was told by the salesman and what the truth was.

I certainly understand the frustration, and I am sorry to learn that you aren't enjoying the Apple Watch, Moondance6. The last thing I would want to see is for you to leave us. All of our device promotions work similarly, as I am sure you have had some device promotions for your other 5 lines, where the cost of the equipment is billed monthly, and then there is an offsetting recurring credit for the device cost based on the qualifying promotion. There is still a service charge for those lines in question. We don't sell equipment without service, even if the equipment cost is discounted to free. For more details on how our promotions work, you can visit this link: https://www.verizon.com/support/device-deals-faqs/

We would certainly hate to lose your business. By chance do you have a friend or family member who could take over the line?

What is it you people dont understand or refuse to admit?
I understand how Verizon promotions work. Like student loan providers and pirates .
VERIZON SALESMEN LIED TO ME.
Can you get that?
I am 5 lines and decades quitting Verizon
