Hello, my Galaxy Watch 6 Classic does not respond when I tap and hold the watch face to edit, it has been ongoing for about 4 days and persists. I have tried restarting and it does not help, it is an LTE model so factory resetting will mess up the data plan. I am on the latest software, the watch runs Verizon's network. I really hope a future update, either System Update 3 will fix it or something, I want it fixed. I don't know how long I'll have to wait for an update to fix the issue.

Hello, SamsungS21UltraUser. My apologies to hear of the issues you are experiencing with your watch. I know how much we rely on our devices to keep us connected. Rest assured, help is here. So sorry to ask but has there been any damage to the watch, physical or liquid? I know you stated that you didn't want to do a factory data reset but that is a viable option. If this is a software issue, completing this step would definitely resolve it. Lastly, when did you upgrade/purchase the watch? Please let me know so that we can proceed with some options.

The watch was never damaged whatsoever. It is most likely a software issue that needs addressing. I purchased the watch on October 28th in person at a Verizon store. Since Galaxy Wearables get quarterly updates which is every 2 to 3 months, I probably won't see a fix until January or February, the last update was on November 17th (System Update 2) with a build ending with AWK4. The Galaxy Watch 6 Series are the newest Galaxy Watches.
