Gizmo 3 blank screen

We can receive calls on the gizmo, and I know it's on and charged because I can see it on my app, but the screen is black, so we can't text or answer calls, or place calls. We have done a hard restart. Any other suggestions?

Oh goodness, we understand how difficult it is to navigate a device when it is not functioning as expected. How long has the screen been blank? Is there any physical damage to the device? We are having the same issue with my son's brand new Gizmo 3 adventure watch. It's a white screen, I can make calls but the screen stays white. The only thing I can do is set it to auto answer so we can talk. Factory reset did not work.

I don't know if the white screen is the same thing as the unresponsive black screen, but someone posted in another thread that if they shut off the Gizmo watch using another device (I'm guessing the "master" device paired to the watch, since the Gizmo watch has limited capabilities), then the watch was able to be turned back on with a working screen.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
