Gizmo 3 not charging

We just bought the gizmo 3 this summer and it has been having trouble charging.  Now the gizmo is not charging at all and the watch is compelely dead.  I have switched out plug but that is not the problem.  Something is wrong with the charger or the watch.  Can Verizon please help?

I’m having the same issue. I’ve cleaned the contact point with alcohol pad number of times but he watch won’t charge

Hello, Phlee1145. Ensuring your watch has the ability to charge is a must. Help is here. I know with this watch, there is a special type of charger but have you attempted to use a new or different charger to see if that works? How long have you had the watch? Any damage?

We are having the exact same problem..:despite cleaning it with alcohol swabs!

We know how important it is to have your watch up and running. Can you tell us if you already tried another charger? Does the watch have any physical or water damage?
