We have a Gizmo 3.
I am set up as a guardian and the emergency contact. I can text, call, and track my child with the watch.
My husband and teenager are also set up as guardian/caregiver and are unable to text the watch.
They have tried downloading the app again on their iphones. The app keeps telling them there is an error or that they have to reset their password without actually sending them the reset link.
Any suggestions for how to get this feature activated? Everyone has a Verizon line.
