Hello, we bought our Gizmo watch on 1/19/2023 and it's worked perfectly up until now. It has no water or other damage, and has been well taken care of. It just won't charge at all. Thanks
Hello, Jharv1. So sorry to hear of this as we know how important it is to have all devices work for you and your family. Please tell us more. Do you know if you have the standard warranty or the extended warranty on the device? Also, when you say it will not charge, have you tried a different charger? I know this device has a unique charging port so have you attempted to take it to a store for testing? Please advise.
