Our Gizmo screen is cracked. Not under warranty. Is the screen replaceable and, if so, where?

I'm sorry to hear the screen cracked. Have you checked with a local screen repair shop? Do you have insurance on the account?-Joe

I have the same problem. No insurance and unable to find a repair shop that can fix it. Obviously Verizon knows who could fix it, because if you have the insurance, Verizon sends it to Asurion to be fixed. Can customers not pay themselves for the same service?

Google says Asurion uses uBreakiFix for such repairs. There are other links which come up as well for smartwatch screen repairs.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

I called local uBrrakFix store in Frisco, Texas and they won’t repair Gizmo cracked screen. I called other 5 locations and no one said yes. If I knew, I would have not buy Gizmo as it’s not worth to $19/month protection plan for. Stuck now as the screen was cracked within 10 days..!!

I appreciate all of your efforts so far, sanjuk. I know how I wouldn't want to feel stuck only 10-days after a purchase myself. While Gizmo devices are not eligible for screen repair, they are eligible for replacement under device protection. You can get started with a claim and review options here: https://www.phoneclaim.com/verizon/
