Gizmo is frozen

My kid’s Gizmo watch has been frozen for days. It shows half of the character in the spot light. We have shut it down several times but it always freezes here. The app says the battery is dead but it’s been in the charger and stays lit up when taken off the charger. Please help?

Hi, if force shutting off the watch via the GizmoHub app on your phone doesn't get the watch to boot up properly the next time you try turning the watch on, your best bet is probably to email the Gizmo support team. There's an email address listed under "App Support" at this link:

Please place the device on the charger and quickly press the power button four times to factory reset the device. This will require setting it back up on your end, but should unfreeze the equipment. Please advise after and/or reach out for further support
