If anyone out there is contemplating getting the Gizmo, don’t. We have 2 and they barely work. We are on our 4th one in 15 months. We shipped back the defected one but they never received it so we are getting charged.
They were supposed to ship 2 new ones to replace my 2 broken ones but they only shipped one. I called and they set up the other one to ship as it was out of stock but they assured me it would be here in no time. That was over a month ago and it still isn’t showing up on our account. I hate these watches so much. They are a total waste of money. We will be buying them so we can get out of the contract since they barely work. Do I have any other options? My kids are 9 and 11.

We're having the same issue! We've only owned our two watches for 3 months and 1 has already been replaced and now both watches batteries are completely junk. It goes from 100% to 0% within 5 hours and my kids aren't even using them. Just wearing them. When I sent back the first one they also told me they never received it and charged me! What an absolute joke. Do better Verizon!
