My kiddos gizmo watch has no sounds. If calls are made to or from the watch, you can hear the person ( my kid) speaking into the watch. Same with the video, you can see and hear them speaking into the watch. Unfortunately, they can't hear the caller on the other line. Ringtones, game sounds, all sounds really, you can't hear.
I tried customer service and followed the recommendations to do a factory reset of the watch, restarted the device, and nothing is working. It happened all of a sudden.
I was dropped from the Verizon chat and received no help.

Staying connected with your kids is always vital. Can you tell us if the device has any damage or water damage? When did this problem start?

I have a similar issue with my son’s watch. Except his volume for ring tones and texts is fine. But you can’t hear the caller on the other line. It’s super frustrating. We have only had the watch for about 6-8 weeks and there has been no damage to it. How do I fix this?
