Gizmohub app unable to sign in

My wife got a new phone, as well as changed her Apple ID due to dropping the email service provider. When she tries to sign in to GizmoHub app, it tells us to use apple. When we try, we get an error message of 'Token is not valid.'. What does this mean? She is unable to contact our kids because of this or track them. I cannot create a new account, because her phone number is already used. Can't use Gmail because her phone number is already used. We cannot recover passwords because that account is long gone. Is there a way to delete her account an start over?
