My husband's phone reset several of his apps the other day, including Gizmohub. We have not figured out how to sign him back in. He had tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. I have tried taking him off as guardian and putting him back on, but it still doesn't seem to be helping. I feel like we are missing something straightforward. Can anyone guide me to what it is?

I'm sorry you were having trouble with the Gizmo hub app. Can you use other apps on the phone? Can he access My Verizon app? Ishe listed as an account manager?-Joe
