No one will help me. CAN ANYONE HELP ME???????

I have been trying to contact Verizon for MONTHS and each time I get a different representative that has NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT.

My mom got me and my brother watches for Christmas. While they were being shipped, they were tagged for fraud, and sent back. Verizon then sent two new watches. When we got them, it would not let me connect to cellular and I figured I would wait a couple months. When connecting cellular, it comes to the option to switch to numbershare and I click yes and then it says there is an error call Verizon. Come to February, I try again and no luck. I call verizon, and I am on the phone with a representative named "Tiffany" for four hours.  She said that she will reimburse my mom for the money she is paying for cellular (50$ for two watches). We were never reimbursed by the way. She finally decides to make a ticket and said she would call back in 72 hours. No callback. I call again and speak to another person named "Angela". Same problem, going no where and was on the phone for 3+ hours. After hours. she said she will make a ticket and get back to me within a week. No call back. I call AGAIN and get a lady on the phone and she FINALLY says that they will get us new watches. She puts me on hold for 4,5 times and then the call magically transfers....to APPLE! The guy had no idea how we ended up on the phone with him, but we ended up getting NO WHERE!!!! Call Verizon again and then this time they say it is an Apple problem... I call apple and make an appointment and go in there yesterday. They ran diagnostics and found nothing wrong on their end. They say that since it is saying error on verizon loading screen, it is verizon. I call them today, and THEY HANG UP ON ME!!!!!!!!! I AM SICK OF IT! How hard is it to get the problem fixed or to get two new watches?? How come I cannot speak to a manager or ANYONE!!! Can anyone simply just help me? Is it this hard to help me???? I am sick of Verizon.

We definitely want to make sure that your smart watchers are working properly, and we will be glad to help. Please tell us, how did you try enabling numbershare on your devices? What process did you take to activate them? Do you see any bars of signal on the devices? ~Geo

โ€ƒI try enabling number share when I click on Set up Cellular.  After i click on it and then click confirm, it shows me this error.
