Pending Gizmo contacts

I am trying to add contacts my daughter’s gizmo watch. They contacts have been accepted and they are able to call the watch however the watch says the contacts are pending.

The Verizon Gizmo Dev team can be directly reached via their support email address located on the Play Store (look under 'App support'). They should be able look into why the invitations are showing in a pending queue.

Same problem!! Tried a factory reset, signing out and reinstalling the app on my (guardian) phone. Nothing seems to work. Contacts who were not already in the app (for another child) appear as pending and cannot be called even after they are approved on the other end. Very frustrating! And no idea what to do...
