I was on a call for over an hr with a teir 2 tech representative who hung up on me because he had no clue what he was doing. 30 mins of the call was dead silence with the first representative then she transferred me to another teir 2 representative who hung up after 40 mins. I'm not able to go to a Verizon store so this is extremely frustrating. I will be going back to T-Mobile if Verizon can not fix my issue. You should not have tech representatives if they can not help paying customer. I worked for Verizon in Greenville, SC, I would have NEVER hung up on a customer. This is unacceptable.
