Ticket # 1031594 I sent my device back you lost it or it was stolen because UPS left it on the loading dock. Either this gets resolved or i turn all my devices in and close my account. Its been over a month now and ive talked to support 6x now. If this is not resolved soon ill be turning all my devices in and closing my account. I have been dealing with this for over a month now. "wait 5 days for this ticket" Wait 3 days for this credit" BLAH BLAH BLAH im done...
