health smartwatch for seniors

How does one go about getting the IMEI for a new device added to Verizon's list of compatible devices? I found an affordable health smartwatch with desired features to aid in tracking and caring for my spouse who has dementia, but it is not one that is currently compatible with Verizon, so I've had to go with a different service to use the watch. I would prefer to have the new device included with my current Verizon data plan.
