how to reach someone at Verizon to remove a device from lost or stolen device registry

Can anyone at Verizon remove my iWatch from the lost or stolen Device Registry?  I have spoken on the phone with customer service and been to two different local Verizon stores with no success.  I own the watch, have always owned it, it has always been in my possession.  It used to be on our Verizon mobile account but when we changed providers I did not activate the iwatch with the new provider.  For some reason Verizon decided without contacting me to report the iWatch as lost or stolen which it never has been.  I have documentation.  Help.

To explore this issue in detail we would need to be able to locate the device and account. Our team is also available for that support via Private Message. If others encounter similar problems with devices showing locked or lost/stolen, common factors can include previous requests made on the device when it was on an active line that weren't fully updated or reversed.

For anyone facing a similar issue now, we recommend reviewing this link for more details: https://www.verizon.com/support/suspend-service-faqs/

We hate to hear your device was reported in error. I will send you a private message so we can further discuss the next steps to get your watch removed.

hi - With help from Verizon customer service here I was sent back to a local Verizon store where I spent 3 hours mostly on the phone with Verizon customer service then finally direct to Verizon tech support.  I was told that yes Verizon had, several years ago, mistakenly reported my iWatch as stolen which likely had to do with me changing mobile providers but not re-activating a line on the iWatch.  And I was further told that Verizon attempted to remove my iWatch from the Lost and Stolen Device Registry.  Whether it's fully resolved I should know sometime this week.  I very much appreciate the follow up that happened through this forum.

Update: Verizon failed to correct the error they made incorrectly reporting my apple iWatch to the Lost and stolen Device Registry.  At this point correcting it is a lost cause.
